1. Eligibility: WSOP Circuit Giveaway (the "Contest") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and D.C. (excluding residents of California, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Mississippi, Rhode Island, South Carolina, and Vermont) who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers and representatives of Caesars Interactive Entertainment, Inc. and/or its parent, affiliates or subsidiaries or properties managed by any of such, ePrize, LLC, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Individuals who are excluded from casino facilities, including through a government program, at Harrah’s discretion, or by their own request, are not eligible. If asked, entrant and/or companions must provide valid proof of age by way of valid picture identification (driver’s license, passport, state identification card, or military identification card). Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void in California, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Mississippi, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Vermont and where prohibited.

3. Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in this Contest constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's and Administrator's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Contest. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
4. Timing: The Contest begins on December 5, 2010 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on April 3, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Contest Period"). During the Contest Period, entrants may participate in qualifying tournaments (each a "Qualifying Tournament") for the Tunica WSOP Circuit #1, Tunica WSOP Circuit #2, Rincon San Diego WSOP Circuit and the Caesars LV WSOP Circuit (each a "Circuit"). The dates entrants can participate in Qualifying Tournaments for each Circuit are outlined in the chart below. Each day, Qualifying Tournaments will begin each hour on the hour from 3:00 p.m. ET through 11:00 p.m. ET. Each Circuit also has one (1) invitation-only tournament (a "Final Tournament"), which will begin at 3:00 p.m. ET on the date listed in the chart below:

   Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Contest.

5. How to Enter: During the Contest Period, visit www.wsop.com and follow the links and instructions to download the poker software ("Software"). Then, follow the links and instructions to register the Software. After registering the Software, click on the tournaments tab to locate available Circuit tournaments. Then, follow the links and instructions to register for the Circuit tournaments. Qualifying Tournaments for each Circuit will begin each hour on the hour from 3 p.m. ET through 11 p.m. ET. You will be presented with the Qualifying Tournament rules and details prior to the start of each hourly tournament. Each Qualifying Tournament concludes when the number of players remaining is five percent (5%) of the number of players at the start of the tournament. The players remaining at the conclusion will be invited to the Final Tournament for the respective Circuit on the date listed in the chart above. If you receive an invitation to a Final Tournament, you can enter through the tournaments tab at 3:00 p.m. on the applicable date and follow the directions to play and you will be presented with the Final Tournament rules prior to the start of the start of the Final Tournament. If you do not login to participate in a Final Tournament for which you have qualified, your chips will diminish through the course of the Final Tournament until you no longer have any chips remaining.

   Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address or user account. Any attempt by any entrant to enter more poker tournaments by using multiple/different email addresses, accounts, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant or player. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

6. Winner Determination/Requirements: The winner of each Final Tournament ("a potential winner") is the player who successfully has all of the chips in each Final Tournament in her/her possession. The poker software tracks the placement of the players within the Final Tournament by chip count and then assigns placement starting with first place through the last place ("placement list"), including every player who played in the Final Tournament. Each potential Finalist Prize winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release ("Affidavit"), which will also require a photocopy of his/her valid picture identification (driver’s license, passport, state identification card, or military identification card). Sponsor must receive this document within three (3) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim the prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to execute and return the Affidavit within the required time period, does not comply with these Official Rules, potential winner forfeits the prize. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner using the next place finisher on the placement list. Up to three (3) alternate Finalist Prize winners will be determined if necessary, after which the prize will remain un-awarded. Acceptance of any prize shall constitute and signify winner’s agreement and consent that Sponsor and its designees may use the winner’s name, city, state, likeness, and/or prize information in connection with the Contest for promotional, advertising or other purposes, worldwide, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, including the Internet, without limitation and without further payment, notification, permission or other consideration, except where prohibited by law.
7. Prizes:ONE (1) TUNICA WSOP CIRCUIT #1 PRIZE: A trip for two (2) (winner and a travel companion) to Tunica, MS and the opportunity for the winner to compete in the Tunica WSOP Circuit #1 Tournament on February 13, 2011. Trip package includes roundtrip coach-class air transportation for two (2) from an airport near winner's home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Tunica, MS; four (4) nights' accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); a seat for winner (travel companion is not eligible for the seat) in the Tunica WSOP Circuit #1 Tournament (winner must enter tournament at the property and comply with all registration and eligibility terms); and $500 spending money. Winner must travel on February 12, 2011 and return on February 16, 2011 or prize will be forfeited in its entirety and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $3,400.

   ONE (1) TUNICA WSOP CIRCUIT #2 PRIZE: A trip for two (2) (winner and a travel companion) to Tunica, MS and the opportunity for the winner to compete in the Tunica WSOP Circuit #2 Tournament on February 13, 2011. Trip package includes roundtrip coach-class air transportation for two (2) from an airport near winner's home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Tunica, MS; four (4) nights' accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); a seat for winner (travel companion is not eligible for the seat) in the Tunica WSOP Circuit #2 Tournament ((winner must enter tournament at the property and comply with all registration and eligibility terms; and $500 spending money. Winner must travel on February 12, 2011 and return on February 16, 2011 or prize will be forfeited in its entirety and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. ARV: $3,400.

   ONE (1) RINCON SAN DIEGO WSOP CIRCUIT PRIZE: A trip for two (2) (winner and a travel companion) to San Diego, CA and the opportunity for the winner to compete in the Rincon San Diego WSOP Circuit Tournament on March 24, 2011. Trip package includes roundtrip coach-class air transportation for two (2) from an airport near winner's home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to San Diego, CA; four (4) nights' accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); a seat for winner (travel companion is not eligible for the seat) in the Rincon San Diego WSOP Circuit Tournament (winner must enter tournament at the property and comply with all registration and eligibility terms; and $500 spending money. Winner must travel on March 23, 2011 and return on March 27, 2011 or prize will be forfeited in its entirety and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. ARV: $3,400.

   ONE (1) CAESARS LV WSOP CIRCUIT PRIZE: A trip for two (2) (winner and a travel companion) to Los Vegas, NV and the opportunity for the winner to compete in the Caesars LV WSOP Tournament on April 21, 2011. Trip package includes roundtrip coach-class air transportation for two (2) from an airport near winner's home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to San Diego, CA; four (4) nights' accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); a seat for winner (travel companion is not eligible for the seat) in the Caesars LV WSOP Circuit Tournament (winner must enter tournament at the property and comply with all registration and eligibility terms; and $500 spending money. Winner must travel on April 20, 2011 and return on April 24, 2011 or prize will be forfeited in its entirety and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. ARV: $3,400.

   For All Prizes: Travel must be roundtrip. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Contest, and those set forth by the Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. All expenses and incidental travel costs associated with prize acceptance and use not expressly stated as being included in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, and all federal, state and local taxes are the responsibility solely of winner. Travel companion must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the date of departure and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. Travel companion must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents. Certain travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. If, in the judgment of Sponsor, air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air transportation at Sponsor’s sole discretion, and no compensation or substitution will be provided for the difference in prize value. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Sponsor is not responsible if any Circuit is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, in which event that portion of prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except as in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Winners will not receive difference between actual and approximate retail value. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash redemption will be permitted unless Sponsor, in its sole discretion, determines otherwise. Should the designated prize become unavailable for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) with one of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and any other costs, expenses or fees associated with prize acceptance and/or use not specified herein as being provided. Total ARV of all Prizes: $13,600. Limit: One (1) prize per person.

8. Release: By receipt of any prize, winners agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Administrator and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
9. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If terminated, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, determine the winners from among all non-suspect, participants in the Final Tournaments that have been conducted up to the time of impairment. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies (including attorneys’ fees) from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
10. Limitations of Liability: Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrant, printing, typographical or other errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Submission process or the Contest; (4) printing, typographical, technical, computer, network or human error which may occur in the administration of the Contest, the announcement of the prizes or in any Contest-related materials; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Contest or receipt or use or misuse of any prize (including any travel/activity related thereto). Released Parties are not responsible for misdirected or undeliverable plays or for any technical problems, malfunctions of computer systems, servers, providers, hardware/software, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or any combination thereof.
11. Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the District of Nevada or the appropriate Nevada State Court located in Clark County, Nevada,; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Nevada, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Nevada or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Nevada.
